Our mission is to make holistic healing arts accessible to all; facilitating spiritual alchemy to heal the mind, body and spirit by transforming negative thoughts, beliefs and habits to create healthy, happy and empowered wise men and women who reclaim their true life paths.

Our symbol is the awen, and it reminds us that healing is three-fold; we must heal the mind, body and spirit for true transformation.

If you cannot afford the services, please contact Mela. It is our goal to bring holistic healing services to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay for the services. We would not ever want someone to walk away from our services simply because of money. Scholarships, payment plans, discount days, a sliding scale and in some cases, bartering opportunities are available.

I am a strong believer that some sort of exchange of energy is important. In most cases, if someone is not willing to put in any of their own energy in the form of money, labor, trading of items or time or some other type of energy exchange, it shows that they are not ready to commit and will not get the most out of what is being offered.

Session Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment unless there is an emergency. In an emergency, let Mela know as soon as possible if you cannot make it. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, depending on the circumstances, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without contacting Mela will be considered a “no-show.” They can be charged the full amount for their missed appointment, which would need to be paid before new appointments are scheduled. Even a text right before an appointment ( 803-339-4495 ) is better than a no-show!

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your practitioner may decide there is not enough time for a session. For free consultations, if you are more than 5 minutes late, it will need to be rescheduled. Regardless of the length of the session due to your lateness, you will be responsible for the “full” session payment. Out of respect and consideration to your practitioner and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
